Why the number matters to you, not to us

When you sub a roof out, the crew’s liability exposure becomes your problem the moment something goes wrong. A fall, a dropped bundle through a skylight, a truck backing into a retaining wall — if the sub’s policy runs out, the claim comes looking for the company that hired them.

We carry $2,000,000 in general liability. On your first job we issue a certificate of insurance naming your company as additional insured, and we reissue it for every job after that without being asked.

Ask for the certificate and it is in your inbox the same day. If it is not, do not put us on your roof.

What “we document everything” actually means

Every crew says they take photos. Here is the specific set you get from us on every single job, at no extra charge, whether you ask for it or not.

Before the first shingle moves
Elevations of the whole roof, existing flashing condition, the state of the landscaping and pool, and the driveway. If a homeowner later says something was already broken — or wasn't — you have the timestamp.
As the roof comes apart
Every extra layer photographed and counted. Every soft or rotten sheet of decking photographed in place before it comes out, with a reference in frame where the scale matters. This is the raw material of your supplement.
Quantity ordered against quantity used
The reconciliation nobody else hands you. Squares of shingle, bundles of ridge, rolls of underlayment, boxes of nails — ordered versus actually installed, so you can true up the order and catch a pattern of over-ordering.
At completion
Full finished elevations, penetration and flashing close-ups, and the swept ground. The package goes to your inbox so you can close the file and bill without chasing anybody for photos.
